I was fortunate to be part of a few significant steps in NAP’s history.
I lead the team that overlooked the re-platforming of the flagship website to a responsive web platform and I was part of the team that launched the digital version of the Porter magazine.
I directed a small interdisciplinary working group through workshops over 5 weeks where we drafted the first versions of the design principles and recommendations that went on to underpin future product and feature design across the business.
These workshops ran in the style of Design Sprints. A week in length, they engaged various business arms.
Porter magazine was the first subscription editorial offering from the group and the challenge was to design a shopping experience lead by editorial content. At the time of launch, it was one of the few digital editorials to offer augmented shopping.
